Job description
We are looking for a talented Senior Front-End Developer (JavaScript, CSS, React, HTML) to join our team in a passionate and challenging environment, within a company that strives for excellence. The development is agile and fast paced. As requirements evolve, the candidate will work on both internal tools and open source technology. You will be encouraged to prototype and experiment with new technologies, and by doing so, shape the architecture going forward.
Role and Responsibilities
You will be working with other teams in an Agile environment learning the needs of the business to ensure the best user experience possible.
A successful candidate will have an eye for detail, and a good understanding of best practices, as well as experience in testing, visualization, design, and an ability to choose the best tool for the job.
You will show good timekeeping, excellent collaborative skills, a desire to grow skillsets.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
A pragmatic approach for delivering excellent quality developer
Proficient in HTML/CSS * Experience in developing single-page applications and interactive web interfaces
Experience in developing UIs that are compatible across browsers and devices
Good knowledge of best practices in development methodologies and working in an agile team
Comfortable with tooling such as Git, Webpack and CSS pre-processors
Desired Requirements
Working knowledge of a CSS pre-processor, i.e. SASS
Knowledge of React or some other NodeJS UI framework
