Overview of contract

On behalf of our client, a large bank in Switzerland, we are looking for an Application Manager.

Location: Zürich

Start date: ASAP

End date: 31.05.2024

Main responsibilities

  • Responsible for configuration, deployment and operation of our client's payment hub application.
  • Technologies:
    • Technology: Java EE, Temenos T24 and TAFJ
    • Platform: JBoss , Linux
    • Deployment: Octopus Deploy, Nexus
    • Integration: IBM MQ, Oracle
    • RDBMS
    • Security: Secure protocols, certificates

Your skills:

  • Completed degree in computer science.
  • Several years job experience as application manager or in a similar role.
  • Good skills in configuration, deployment and operation of software systems.
  • Good skills in the technologies mentioned in the job description.
  • Knowledge of software system operation processes (ITIL), CI/CD pipelines, monitoring an alerting, certificate management (PKI).
  • Flexibility to work in a team and alone, and on-call, on weekends and night.
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus.
