Experis IT is on the search for a Actico Rules Engineer / Business Analyst to join one of their clients, a well-known consultancy company based in Switzerland. Location: Zürich, Home Office 3 days per week

Your Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer in the financial sector, preferably within a consultancy environment.
• Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering methodologies, with a focus on translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience with Actico Rules Engine or similar business rules management systems is highly desirable. Familiarity with Actico's rule modeling, testing, and deployment functionalities is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business rules and logic, identify gaps, and propose innovative solutions to address business challenges.
• Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management frameworks within the financial industry, with the ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable rules.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
• Excellent documentation skills, including the ability to create clear and comprehensive business requirements documents, functional specifications, and process diagrams.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments, with a focus on iterative development and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additional language skills such as German are a plus.
