Tasks:

  • Handle Level 1 and 2 tickets related to Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and employee hardware
  • Prioritize and categorize user problems in the client environment, providing timely solutions or escalating to the 3rd level when necessary
  • Manage client error analysis, collaborating closely with specialist departments for effective resolution
  • Actively participate in rollouts of company-specific software and hardware
  • Utilize modern software distribution, client analysis, and management tools to enhance efficiency
  • Maintain close customer contact via telephone, chat, and remote maintenance in both German and English
  • Conduct thorough client error analysis, ensuring effective cooperation with specialist departments

Requirements:

  • Completed vocational training, such as IT specialist or equivalent qualification
  • Strong desire for analysis, solution-oriented work, and a proactive approach to improving work processes
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in both German and English, with knowledge of French considered advantageous
