Service Line Advisor - Renens (French, English & Italian )

Overview of contract

On behalf of our client, a leading financial services institution in Switzerland, we are looking for a service line advisor

This is a 4-month contract based in Renens

Main responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for competent advice on questions and find suitable solutions
  • Forward further questions (outside your subject area) to other colleagues inside the team
  • Use your language skills to help our customers

Your skills:

  • Fluent in French and Italian, English and German are a plus
  • Experience in the banking sector, or in the assurance sector or in a Contact Center/ Call Center
  • Interest in advising customers by phone (in a large number)
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to present complex issues orally
