Junior Executive Assistant

On behalf of our client, a global engineering company, we are looking for a Junior Executive Assistant, who is eager to join an international and dynamic team in Zurich, Switzerland.

Workload: 100%

Start date: June 2020

Duration: 6 months (extension possible)

Location: Zurich, Switzerland

Sector: Engineering

Languages: Fluency in English. German is considered highly advantageous.

Main task: assisting Global Leaders (Talent & Learning and Compensation & Benefits)

Responsibilities:

  • Management of HR calendars and organisation of meetings (conference calls, workshops, team building, etc.)
  • Inbox management
  • Handling travel logistics and visa applications
  • Maintenance of distribution list, SharePoint and support with on- and off-boarding
  • Setup and maintenance of paper and electronic filing systems
  • Liaising with other departments and external visitors
  • Checking and handling of invoices, expense reports and purchase orders

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Familiarity with working in a global corporate environment
  • MS-Office knowhow
  • Personality: well organised, friendly, team-orientated, flexible and highly adaptable
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
