The European Onsite People Solutions Administrator will be responsible for the day to day processing of administrative tasks such as the management of post (for example communications from local authorities), processing of local regulatory forms and tasks, managing the updates to the time and attendance tool and responding to employee queries via the case management tool.

  • Processing local administrative tasks, examples including communication with authorities, invoicing, updating local benefit portals and completing forms, for example unemployment forms.
  • Assist in collating information for regular audits (Finance, internal and external audits, Social security audits, Suva audits etc…)
  • Handling the incoming post
  • Updating and answering questions in relation to the the time and attendance tool
  • Answering queries relating to the local tasks via the case management tool.
  • Act in the best interests of the Employee whom is central to all of your decisions and activity
  • Strong drive for results, accuracy and control compliance
  • Experience in working within administration type roles
  • Experience in working with sensitive information (for example employee data) preferable
  • HR operations or shared services environment or HR Functional experience preferred (i.e. HRIS, Compensation, Benefits, Staffing, HR Service Center, etc.).
  • Knowledge of InvoiceTrack, DocuSign and Workday are desirable
  • Fluent in English;
  • Advanced French language skills (written and oral)
  • Experience in similar role ideally
  • HR operations or shared services environment or HR Functional experience preferred (i.e. HRIS, Compensation, Benefits, Staffing, HR Service Center, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Workday desirable
