Experis is currently supporting our globally-operating client within the technology industry with their search for a junior IT Service Desk Agent to support their operations at their HQ in the Zurich region. This contract role will run for 18 months.
The role has a myriad of responsibilities including:
- Getting new-starters for the company equipped with their new IT equipment (PC, mobile phones, access)
- Track equipment of colleagues, open purchase orders
- Basic IT support
Your specific background:
- Minimum of 2 years of comparable experience as a Service Desk Agent
- Background and experience in providing IT support
- You must hold either a Swiss or an EU passport to be considered for this position.
- Fluent English, German
