ICT Systems Administrator

Experis IT Switzerland is looking for a ICT Systems Administrator with 5+ years of professional experience for one of our customers, a renowned Swiss company.

Starting date: ASAP

Place of work: 100% remote (only allowed within Switzerland) - : possible / nice to have: candidate comes to the office in Zurich occasionally (is not a must)

Contract duration: 12 months

Main Tasks:

  • Project responsibility for building the eService infrastructure and application
  • Operation / takeover of the JBOSS instances from another team within our company
  • Development of additional JBOSS/Middleware know-how in the team
  • Takeover of other project and operational issues
  • Training of the required internal resource

Must-have skills:

  • Broad experience with the construction/configuration/integration/operation of web-based applications on new infrastructure
  • Broad engineering experience with RedHat JBOSS (must have built up from scratch, experience with different JBOSS versions ideally up to current 12)
  • Strong knowledge in the middleware area
  • Troubleshooting experience
  • Good communication skills
