System Engineer Customer Care

For a permanent role in Herisaus close to St. Gallen we are looking for a System Engineer Customer Care.
Your Task:
- You operate ICT solutions in the cloud or on-premise.
- You support onboarding and migration of existing and new systems to the cloud.
- You will work with the infrastructure teams and partners and be responsible for technical coordination.
- You handle customer inquiries by telephone or on-site at the customer's premises.
- You will be responsible for analyzing and resolving problems.
Your profile:
- You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist in system technology or have several years of experience in IT.
- You have experience in administration, operation and monitoring of M365 platform services and applications, ideally with appropriate certifications.
- You are familiar with Windows Server and simple network environments, typically from SMEs.
- You are reliable and results-oriented.
- You are a team player and enjoy communicating with customers.
