Junior HR Administrator

Experis is currently supporting our client, a global technology company with their HQ in the Zurich region, on their search for a Junior HR Administrator. The person I am looking for has 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in a globally-operating company, comes with relevant certifications, is high-energy and loves to deal with people. This contract position is slated to last an initial 6 months (+extension is highly likely). Your specific background:

  • Sc. or M.Sc. in Business Administration or HR Management

  • Structured, proactive way of working

  • You have a strong service orientation and

  • 2-3 years of experience in Switzerland as an HR administrator (we need local experience, nothing else will be considered)

  • You have the requisite certification for Swiss HR: HR Fachausweis

  • Languages: FLUENT English + German (+French would be highly desired)
