Experis IT Switzerland is on the search for an experienced Financial Analyst to join a well-known company based in Zurich. This exciting long-term contracting opportunity is only open to candidates with relevant experience, who are available to start early June 2019.

Major Responsibilities:

• Participates to the implementation of multiple financial systems supporting the automation of planning and reporting tasks, primarily P&L, FTE, Capex, volume reporting
• Map and document existing financial planning and reporting processes
• Define project objectives and the user requirements
• Assist Global IT on the design the applications
• Participates to the user acceptance tests and propose mitigation actions in case of issues.
• Data collection templates preparation, consolidation, reconciliation
• Train the whole finance community on the new applications
• Establish robust communication mechanisms with finance, MI, Global IT
• Design standard reports required by finance team members
• Support end-users on ad-hoc requests
• Manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle

Your Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in financial planning and analysis or MI in a multinational company
• CMA, CPA, Master in Finance or MBA education preferred.
• Strong project management background with experience in finance integration projects.
• Project Management qualification (Agile, Prince 2, Scrum) preferable
• Process mapping and documentation experience
• Advanced knowledge in data analytics
• Advanced Excel, financial modelling and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, BI, Business Warehouse, TM1, HFM preferable
• Excellent communication in English
• Attention to details

• Excellent stakeholder management
• Proven track record of delivering results to a deadline

Duration: 6 months with high change of further extension
