Financial Analyst - 6 months project
Experis IT Switzerland is on the search for an experienced Financial Analyst to join a well-known company based in Zurich. This exciting long-term contracting opportunity is only open to candidates with relevant experience, who are available to start early June 2019.
Major Responsibilities:
- Participates to the implementation of multiple financial systems supporting the automation of planning and reporting tasks, primarily P&L, FTE, Capex, volume reporting
- Map and document existing financial planning and reporting processes
- Define project objectives and the user requirements
- Assist Global IT on the design the applications
- Participates to the user acceptance tests and propose mitigation actions in case of issues.
- Data collection templates preparation, consolidation, reconciliation
- Train the whole finance community on the new applications
- Establish robust communication mechanisms with finance, MI, Global IT
- Design standard reports required by finance team members
- Support end-users on ad-hoc requests
- Manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
Your Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in financial planning and analysis or MI in a multinational company
- CMA, CPA, Master in Finance or MBA education preferred.
- Strong project management background with experience in finance integration projects.
- Project Management qualification (Agile, Prince 2, Scrum) preferable
- Process mapping and documentation experience
- Advanced knowledge in data analytics
- Advanced Excel, financial modelling and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, BI, Business Warehouse, TM1, HFM preferable
- Excellent communication in English
