We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to join a team supporting mission-critical JAVA-based business applications. The role involves ensuring system availability, performance, and reliability through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines and support processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily operations and support of JAVA-based applications
- Troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues
- Maintenance of technical documentation
- Monitoring and recovery procedures
- Support for testing and deployment activities
- Collaboration with internal and external development and operations teams
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production support environments
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, SQL, scripting (e.g., Bash), and XML
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Fluency in English (French is an asset)
- EU or Swiss nationality is mandatory
