We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to join a team supporting mission-critical JAVA-based business applications. The role involves ensuring system availability, performance, and reliability through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines and support processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily operations and support of JAVA-based applications
• Troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues
• Maintenance of technical documentation
• Monitoring and recovery procedures
• Support for testing and deployment activities
• Collaboration with internal and external development and operations teams

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in production support environments
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, SQL, scripting (e.g., Bash), and XML
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Fluency in English (French is an asset)
• EU or Swiss nationality is mandatory
