On behalf of our client, a globally renowned company with international presence in the consulting services field, we are looking for a motivated Operations Support Engineer for a contracting position.
Required Experience / set of skills:
- You have first hands on experience with Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience with Terraform (or equivalent, Ansible), monitoring, reporting and automation of Azure Infrastructure is desirable
- At least two years experience with Linux and shell scripting; Command of tools such as Jira, GitHub. Experience in lean, agile environments is desirable.
- You provide subject matter expertise and like to contribute to root cause analysis for incidents, problem solving and service improvement
- You are able to monitor the status of chat service, support tickets and provide appropriate guidance / perform required remediation activities
