Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, a large bank in Switzerland, we are looking for a 2nd Level Support/ Messaging System Administrator.
Location: Zürich
Start date: 11.03.2024
End date: TBD
Main responsibilities
- 2nd level support for the global messaging infrastructure (MS Exchange, Enterprise Vault, Kiteworks)
- Plan, test and execute changes and upgrades to the corresponding infrastructure
- Independently analyze and troubleshoot user issues
- Creating and updating documentation
- Monitoring the systems
- Ensuring a stable production environment in accordance with the existing SLAs
- Ensuring adherence to security and compliance guidelines
Your skills:
- Completed training in the IT sector as a messaging specialist
- Several years of experience with MS Exchange Enterprise environments
- Several years of experience in the field of mail encryption
- Experience in cross-project and cross-team collaboration
- Windows Server 2019 (Core & Windwows)
- Creating and editing Powershell scripts to automate administrative tasks
- Experience in dealing with complex problems
- Process-oriented work
- MS Exchange 2016 Administration and Troubleshooting or higher
- Knowledge of Windows PowerShell Scripting
- ITIL V3 Foundation or higher
- Fluent in both German & English
