Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an experienced Supporter to join one of their clients, a well-known company. For this temporary role based in Zurich, we are in search of an English-speaking candidate who is available to start in September this year.

Your profile:
- You are already based in Switzerland
- Experienced IT Supporter with proven commercial experience
- You are experienced to work with ServiceNow
- Skilled in:
- Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application
- Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running
- Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge
- Gains understanding of underlying complex IT Systems to provide first analysis and escalate issues if necessary to 2nd Level Support
- Close collaboration with other Support Tiers, as well as Site Reliability Engineering ("One Team")
- Incident Reports and common root cause analysis (to identify common pattern and support the application in becoming more robust)
- You bring practical problem-solving skills
- Fluent in German and English language, verbal and written
