Distribution/ Warehouse Manager

Location:Near to Basel

Your tasks

• Ensuring that our customer orders are efficiently prepared and delivered on time
• Administration and planning of the personnel and material resources of the logistics center in order to react to fluctuations in demand
• Promotion of a strong team spirit based on trust, mutual respect, honesty, self-improvement and personal responsibility
• Optimization of the overall performance of the center (cost and quality of the service) through constant improvements
• Ensuring the safety of staff, products and the building
• Active participation in company development projects.

Your profile

• EFZ as a logistician or equivalent training (logistician with a federal certificate is an advantage)
• Work experience of at least 5-7 years in logistics (ideally in the food sector)
• Experience in team management (over 25 employees)
• Good knowledge of French
• Very good computer skills
• Irregular working hours (production from 02:00 to 20:00, Monday to Friday and some Saturdays)
• Mastery of the ASA guideline
• Swiss citizenship or a valid work permit
