Telematiker/Elektromonteur im Service

On the behalf of our client, a well established consultant company based in Zurich, we are looking for a Telematiker/Elektromonteur.

Your tasks

▶ Suppression of HW and SW components in the Swiss alarm system Polyalert (remote and on-site)
▶ Assess, analyze and solve customer inquiries / 2nd level support (incident, change and problem management)
▶ New installations / commissioning of peripheral devices and servers throughout Switzerland
▶ Appointment coordination with customers, suppliers and internal organizations
▶ RF measurements and evaluations
▶ Technical support for small and subprojects
▶ Maintaining and expanding technical documentation
▶ On-board service 7x24

your profile

▶ You have a completed technical training as a telematics / electrician EFZ and have received further training in IT control / network or wireless technology

▶ Valid driving license category B
▶ As our projects are located in the military, regulatory environment, you fulfill the conditions for passing the personal safety examination PSP (Swiss citizenship or settlement permit C)
▶ Fluent German, French and Italian skills are an advantage

▶ They are characterized by their independent and reliable way of working
▶ They impress us with their good organizational skills and their high level of customer orientation
▶ You are a happy and enthusiastic person
▶ Willingness to travel within Switzerland and readiness for the on-call service
