As a Process Reorganization Specialist, you will be responsible for redefining and reorganizing the existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Your main tasks will include:

  • Conducting a thorough analysis of our current processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights and understand the requirements of both network and business operations.
  • Developing and implementing new process frameworks that streamline operations and align with industry best practices.
  • Identifying opportunities for automation and technology integration to optimize workflow.
  • Providing guidance and support to team members during the process reorganization phase.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the implemented changes and making necessary adjustments as needed.


To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Extensive experience in the Telco industry, specifically related to network and business operations.
  • Proven track record in process management and experience with similar reorganization projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge, enabling you to understand and integrate the intricacies of both network and business operations.
  • Up-to-date education and certification in line with current market standards.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in German is an asset, enabling effective collaboration with local teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and precision in process documentation.
