On beahlf of our Global Pharmaceutical company we are looking for a Technology Workstream Lead - Quality with deep technical knowledge and leadership skills to ensure that the technology workstream aligns with the overall program and business objectives, delivering high-quality results and driving business transformation

this position is a Senior Technology leadership role with accountability to set strategy, roadmap and lead development / deployment of products within two main areas: Quality Assurance and Control across company Technology organization.
The Quality Technology Workstream Lead is responsible for managing the Quality solution projects globally; this currently mainly includes Quality Management solution (QMS), Laboratory Integrated Management system (LIMS), Batch Release Management and the integration layer with the existing and future solutions within the technology framework at site level (i.e. MES, SAP, Equipment's, Analytics solutions).
One of the primary missions will be securing the build and delivery of the QMS and DMS program in VEEVA that aims to transform and standardize the Quality processes and application across all the sites globally. This program covers mainly (but not only):
* Content management system (CMS)
* Quality Management system including o Deviation & CAPA
* Change Control
* Audit management
* Quality Third Party
* Risk management
* Learning management system for GxP
Another primary mission is the lead the design and development of the OneLIMS solution (Labvantage) and its integration with SAP S/4.
A day in the life of...
Quality Management solutions are on:
* Veeva QMS to support the Quality Management with Company production premises from inspection plan design to execution. The solution will start implementation and deployment within Company. It has to be maintained and evolve considering business need changes, integration with other other systems will be a key item in the next year roadmap.
* SAP Batch Release (BRH), supporting the implementation of SAP BRH solution product leveraging analytics capabilities.
* LIMS, supporting the design and implementation of Labvantage SaaS product leveraging analytics capabilities.
* Jointly with Quality related business units establishes roadmaps with Quality Digital Lead support for the solutions in scope.
* Ensure that quality management solutions are implemented in coordination with the Business units, Business Solution Teams as well as with global Technology Platforms.
* Use the deep understanding of the business capabilities to segment Digital customers based on their needs and profile. Provide an outside in based view of how to best target each segment.
* Working with the business relationship manager and enterprise architect, develop a product strategy and vision aimed at maximizing value in line with corporate and business strategy.
* Define the long-term business capability automation and digitalization roadmap for the business outcomes the product or product group deliver.
* Prepare the strategy and communication material to create a shared understanding of the product in particular on how to market and sell it, to deliver and operate it (for product teams) and to measure its success.
* Ensure product contribution to the business value (follow the guidelines for the business KPIs).
* Analyze competitive landscape, specifically for TCO / value for money to inform the product strategy before and during product life.
* Participate in the Digital governance processes that enable prioritization across multiple options and support the business governance processes (e.g. automation that would remove business headcounts or drastically impact business ways of working).
* Understands the business risk appetite and delivers applications within that acceptable risk level.
* Create the context: create alignment, lead by example, promote an open culture and our values in a sustainable way. (Sustain the change).
* Deep understanding of the IT landscape in the functional area
* Working knowledge of APIs & integration, consumer research and UI/UX
* Understanding of how the technologies are applied in the scope by best-in-class companies
* Organization: Above-average organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time
* Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English
* Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams

* Experience:
* Experience as functional leader / product owner / project manager in Quality Management domain
* Full cycle project implementation in Quality Management
* Experienced in meeting facilitation, agile methods, lean IS approach
* Experience in Pharma industry
