Experis IT is on the search for a Software Quality Engineer to join one of their clients, a well-known international consultancy company based in Switzerland. Duration: 1 year, chance of extension
Location: Zürich, Home Office 2 days per week
Workload percentage: 100%
Key Responsibilities:
- Design test cases for computer vision algorithms
- Write maintainable code by applying best practices
- Be available on-site for troubleshooting issues and assisting engineers when problems arise
- Analyzing logs and output from complex automation systems to root cause failures/issues and take corrective actions
- Prioritizing tasks and communicating with team members to identify correct order of tasks.
- Design and automate test cases
- Run manual test executions
- Manage and setup test devices
- Executing and monitoring automated tests
- Troubleshoot test failures and keep the lab running smoothly
- Collaborate with engineers to bring up and/or maintain device lab infrastructure
Your Skills:
- Previous manual and automated QA experience, at least 3 years
- Test planning skills
- Strong Python coding experience
- Previous computer vision experience is preferable
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong time-management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and deliver results under competing priorities
