Our client, a multinational tech company, seeks an experienced Senior SAP Transformation Change Manager. This role focuses on change management within SAP transformation projects, collaborating with industry leaders to ensure effective adoption of SAP solutions within banking environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead change management initiatives specifically within SAP transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and the specific needs of financial institutions.
• Develop and implement change management strategies tailored to SAP transformations, maximizing adoption and success while mitigating disruption.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, training, and readiness for SAP-related changes within the banking ecosystem.
• Utilize change management methodologies to manage resistance and ensure seamless transitions throughout SAP transformation initiatives.
• Engage stakeholders to communicate the vision, progress, and anticipated impact of SAP-related changes.

Requirements:

• A university degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Change Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience with a focus on change management within SAP transformation projects, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
• Proven track record in successfully leading change management efforts specifically related to SAP transformation initiatives, delivering measurable results in financial institutions.
• Expertise in SAP technologies, with specific experience highly regarded in SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Proficiency in change management methodologies, ideally holding PROSCI certification or equivalent qualifications.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills to facilitate SAP-related change initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to address SAP-related challenges and mitigate associated risks effectively.

Language: Fluency in both German and English
