Overview of the position:

For our client, a large bank in Zurich, we are looking for a Senior Python Developer to join a fun and vibrant team. This is a contract starting in May until April 2025.

Main responsibilities:

• Development and enhancements on the current data store / data warehouse.
• Providing data transformations for the bank's clients and perform analytics on the
• gathered data e.g. with Tableau.
• Preparing ideas and implementations for data governance.

Your expertise:

• University Degree in Computer Science
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Python
• Data Engineering and Machine Learning background (pandas, sklearn, tensorflow)
• Experience with data stores / data warehouses (data integration, ETL processes)
• Flask, GraphQL, REST API
• Distributed version control - Git, Bitbucket, GitLab
• JIRA, CI/CD pipeline (Jenkins, Octopus)
• Kubernetes and SQL
• Knowledge of Tableau would be an advantange
• Fluent in English, with German a plus
