Senior Operation Change Manager

Our client, a multinational tech company, seeks an experienced Senior Operational Change Manager. This role is centered around leading operational change initiatives within the banking sector, collaborating with industry leaders to drive effective organizational transitions in operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate operational change management initiatives within the banking domain, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and the specific needs of financial institutions.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies, methodologies, and communication plans to support operational-driven organizational change initiatives.
  • Utilize change management best practices tailored to operational transformations, assessing impacts, managing resistance, and ensuring seamless transitions throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and foster a culture that embraces operational changes and innovation in processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at various levels to communicate the vision, progress, and benefits of operational change initiatives.


Requirements:

  • A university degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Change Management, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in change management roles with a primary focus on leading change initiatives related to operational transformations within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Proven track record in successfully driving and implementing change management strategies and methodologies specifically for operational transformations within financial institutions.
  • Expertise in change management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process, etc.) with a specific focus on operational change.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex operational-related organizational changes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage stakeholders and facilitate operational-driven change across all levels of the organization.
  • Leadership abilities with a collaborative and adaptable approach to drive operational change initiatives.


Language: Fluency in both German and English
