Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, a large financial service company in Switzerland, we are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager for ITSM Migration.
Location: Zürich
Start date: 01.03.2024
End date: 31.10.2025
Main responsibilities
- Oversee the migration from the current on-premises IT Service Management tool to the cloud-based BMC software (Helix ITSM) following a 1:1 migration strategy.
- Ensure the project adheres to established timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT teams for interface integration with other applications, Business units to gather requirements, and Regulatory bodies to meet compliance standards.
- Employ IT Service Management (ITSM) expertise to enhance and streamline project processes.
- Utilize senior project management capabilities to drive the successful execution of the ITSM NextGen project.
- Maintain a highly structured work approach and methodology throughout the project lifecycle.
Your skills:
- Strong IT Service Management background (preferably with BMC software)
- 3 years of experience in a similar position - Work experience in Banking, Exchange or any other regulated environment is a benefit
- PRINCE2, ITIL certifications are beneficial
- Excellent presentation and moderation skills
- Strong Relationship-Management Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English - German and Spanish are a plus
