MUST HAVE
- Experience in Digital Customer Experience lifecycle and Systems Integrations with a focus on e-Commerce
projects
- Knowledge and attitude to data-driven anaylsis regarding digital business and strategy
- Strong knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies
- Ability to communicate with technical and business teams (all levels)
- Good knowledge of service delivery management field
- Management of stakeholders in a project or matrix organization

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- We look for a person with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Italian and English are the most used languages in the office and with our customers
- German & French languages represent a plus

TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define project phasing and release plans, in close contact with the stakeholders
- Coordinate the project timing, scope and expectations with all the involved parties
