Your responsibilities:
- Manage client portfolios and ensure an excellent customer experience
- Maintain proactive relationships with clients
- Developing networks using for self-development and improvement of client relationships
- Arrange and deliver meetings
- Guiding clients through all processes
- Developing professional presentations both internally and externally
- Maintain customer information as required for internal analysis
Your profile:
- Fluent in English (German & French are a big plus)
- +5 yrs Experience within the financial services sector in Switzerland
- Experience in Risk & Project Management
- Negotiation & great communication skills
- Ability to engage with Stakeholders across the company
