Senior Change Manager - Finance Sector

Our client, a multinational tech company, is seeking an experienced Senior IT Change Management Specialist. This role focuses on leading change initiatives related to IT transformations within the banking sector, collaborating with industry leaders to drive effective organizational transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate change management initiatives specifically related to IT transformations within the banking domain, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and the specific needs of financial institutions.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies, methodologies, and communication plans to support IT-driven organizational change initiatives.
  • Utilize change management best practices tailored to IT transformations, assessing impacts, managing resistance, and ensuring seamless transitions throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to teams, fostering a culture that embraces IT-related changes and innovation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at various levels to communicate the vision, progress, and benefits of IT-driven change initiatives.


Requirements:

  • A university degree in Information Technology, Change Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in change management roles with a primary focus on leading IT-related change initiatives within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Proven track record in successfully driving and implementing change management strategies and methodologies specifically for IT transformations within financial institutions.
  • Expertise in change management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process, etc.) with a specific focus on IT change.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex IT-related organizational changes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage stakeholders and facilitate IT-driven change across all levels of the organization.
  • Leadership abilities with a collaborative and adaptable approach to drive IT-related change initiatives.


Language: Fluency in both German and English
