On behalf of our client, an IT Consultancy company in Zürich, we are looking for a Senior Business Process Testing Analyst.

Location: Zürich

Start date: ASAP

End date: 31.12.2023 - with possibility of extension

Main responsibilities

As a Business Analyst with a thorough understanding of bank processes as well as basic understanding of end-to end automated test processes you will join the Testing Product Team in the IT Transformation Agile Release Train driving the identification of critical business processes for automated regression testing by proactively liaising with business experts from different domains.

Your skills:

• Education BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• Deep experience with complex E2E business processes in the different fields of a bank (e.g. trading, client advisory, onboarding…)
• Highly experienced in analyzing given business processes (on different maturity level, sometimes only poorly described) and model/capture them in a standard tool (e.g. Aris)
• Understand, on what granularity level processes need to be described so that they can be automated by "non-business" test automation engineers
• At least 5+ years' experience in Business Analysis, Requirement Engineering in a Private Bank
• Additional 5+ years' experience in Testing in a Private Bank (System and User Acceptance Test level)
• Used to work in agile environments
• SAFe Certification
• Fluent in English, German is a strong plus
