Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, a large bank in Switzerland, we are looking for a Business Analyst Support.

Location: Zurich
Start date: Immediately
Duration: 6 months - with possibility of extension/ internalization

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including risk management, legal, regulatory, compliance, and IT teams, to gather requirements for the insider monitoring solution.
• As-is process and reports documentation: Document processes and controls globally on Insider Monitoring, including data sources, tools, applied analytics and reports.
• Help to develop a business case comparing different solution options, including estimated costs, benefits in terms of efficiency and effectiveness, and ROI analysis.
• Solution Evaluation: Evaluate different solutions or technologies to determine which one best meets the organization's needs.
• Functional Requirements Documentation: Create detailed functional requirements documentation outlining how the solution will meet the business needs.
• Solution Design Sessions: Participate in design sessions with SMEs, IT teams, and other stakeholders to configure the solution and ensure it aligns with business requirements.
• Data Integration and Analytics Planning: Plan data integration with existing systems, such as core banking, payment processing, or customer relationship management systems.

Required Experience and Skills:

• 2+ years of relevant working experience
• Financial services experience with focus on Non-Financial risk - Compliance, Risk Management and Legal, preferably experience in the area of Market Conduct
• Bachelor or Master degree from a university of applied sciences in STEM fields (science, technology, engineering, mathematics), economics or banking and finance
• Experience in project management, business analysis and reporting / analytics
• Fluent in English (main business language), any further language is an advantage
