We are currently looking for a Team Leader to manage our Key Accounts Team in Basel.
The tasks below are just a summary of some of the interesting and exciting opportunities this role has to offer:
- Act as main contact for our Key Accounts and lead the delivery team
- Pro-actively build and further develop strong relationships with clients
- Networking with clients, candidates and contractors
- Managing the full recruitment life cycle for dedicated accounts
- Leverage fresh and innovative practices to source great talent and match them to the right opportunities
Skills and experience needed to be successful in this role:
- Previous experience in Recruitment is a must
- Consulting skills, professional and confident manner
- People person with strong communication skills
- Dynamic and proactive personality with a can-do attitude
- Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent education
- Fluent English, German is a plus
