On behalf of our client we are looking for a Project Manager.

The project manager of Business Operations is a member of the Global External Manufacturing team.
You will:
- Manage and facilitates key internal meetings (creates agenda, minutes, track actions and documents decision).
- Ensure escalations are managed in adherence to the model.
- Maintain trackers and tools for meeting management, dashboards, risk management, continuous improvements.
- Coordinate creation of powerpoint presentations to support governance model.
- Track key departmental milestones.
- Track key departmental goals.
- Maintain global calendar up to date.
- Manage the execution of business operations improvement projects.
- Maintain resource model up to date.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in biotech/pharmaceutical GMP manufacturing industry.
- Experience with supplier relationship experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Bachelors/ Master`s Degree (Life Science, Quality, Engineering).
- Additional competences in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related fields are a plus.
