Program Manager

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an experienced Program Manager to join one of the very well-known IT company. For this contract engagement based in Zürich, we are seeking someone fluent in German and English (written/spoken) and immediately available.

Location: Zurich

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support the creation and execution of an internal communication and change management plan.
* Keep track of deadlines and deliverables with stakeholders, prioritize work, and effectively communicate to ensure stakeholder alignment.
* Understand and translate business requirements, goals, and objectives. Make use of tools and techniques to improve process efficiency.
* Take charge of strategic partner initiatives including monthly partner and flagship events (e.g. Inspire).
* Leverage insights and learnings to make sound planning decision. Share knowledge, feedback and best practices within the team.
* Create assets (PowerPoint Decks, Email templates, communications) for large audiences.
* Evangelize our Partner Transformation Mission. Understand the ecosystem and identify trends to land changes.


Qualifications:
* Ability to understand, process and communicate complex topics to internal and external audiences.
* Strong cross-organizational communication skills /stakeholder management.
* Strong ability to work independently.
* Bachelor degree required.
* Microsoft Office skills. Profound knowledge of Excel is a plus.
* C2 level of English required, native speaker preferred, very good knowledge of German required, any other language is a plus.

Experience related to tech project management, marketing or change management, global companies.
