Product Management HR Tech Transformation Expert


Experis is currently supporting our client, a global consulting company with progressive values and an unbelievably strong brand, with their search for a Product Management HR Tech Transformation Expert.


This 3-month contract position is based in Switzerland, home office plus some on-site days. Workload is 50%. If you bring along the required background, and can start ASAP, then please read on and apply!


What will your tasks be?


You will support our customer by:

Validate and assist in reviewing HR Tech Agenda initiative, which includes:

  • Strategic guidance in defining the target state and priorities for the Functional Blueprint.
  • Defining future product groups and individual products within the HR product landscape.
  • Establishing an outcome-based product roadmap and a resource management framework.
  • Validating and completing the governance framework.

Accelerate the transformation of HR/DBT Multidisciplinary Product Team, which includes:

  • Developing a comprehensive training framework to empower the product management team.
  • Identifying the current team structure, roles, and skills and determining areas of improvement or support.
  • Offering expert guidance and best practices in HR Technology Transformation initiatives.


Your specific background:

  • Proven experience as a lead product manager in large scale strategic transformation programs with focus on moving from project orientation to products, ideally with a focus on internal services.
  • Ability to identify product types and products that would support a strategic HR services transformation initiative.
  • Outside in (User Journey Mapping) and inside out (Value Stream Mapping) analysis.
  • Experience in enabling and guiding junior product managers in roles, responsibilities and best practices
  • Familiarity with HR products such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, Phenom People would be a significant advantage.


3 non-negotiable skills:

  • English Skills and proven experience as a lead product manager in large scale strategic transformation programs with focus on moving from project orientation to products, ideally with a focus on internal services.
  • Ability to identify product types and products that would support a strategic HR services transformation initiative.
  • Experience in enabling and guiding junior product managers in roles, responsibilities and best practices.
