Experis IT Switzerland is on the search for a junior Paralegal Professional to join an existing Swiss Legal Department at a well-known firm. This exciting contracting opportunity is only open to candidates with relevant experience, who are available to start in a short notice.

Project details:

• Support the Head Counsel, Corporate in the continuous creation, improvement and maintenance of efficient and effective Corporate Governance processes as well as day to day support as necessary and requested
• Provide support on Corporate Governance matters as well as ensure a high level of service is provided to Tax, Treasury and Insurance functions

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Law or successful completion of studies or certification as Paralegal
• Experience in a corporate in-house legal department of a global public company is a plus
• Good working knowledge of MS office; experience with corporate maintenance systems (Diligent Entities) is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and knows how to set priorities accordingly
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Structured and accurate working style
• Solution driven, pragmatic, self starter, able to work independently in a dynamic, international environment
• Solid experience in pharmaceutical industry is preferred as well as experience with corporate legal matters in a cross jurisdictional environment
• Team player and able to smoothly build strong working relationships
• Fluent (spoken and written) in English, any further European language is an asset

Location: Zürich

Start Date: End of September 2020

Duration: 8 months with possibility of extension

Workload: 60% start with a potential increase to 100% in upcoming months
