On behalf of our Client, we are looking for experienced:

Location: Glattbrugg, Zürich
Start Date: Max 2 months' notice period before starting

Type of Employment: Permanent

Your responsibilities:

• Design and implement functional business processes and solution architecture.
• Gather and establish an overview of customer-defined requirements.
• Optimize business processes while performing testing and reporting.
• Facilitate workshops with clients to analyze and design tailored solutions.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure client needs are met effectively.
• Document, propose, and discuss architectural and solution options with clients.
• Consider customer strategies, requirements, and business challenges to craft suitable solutions.
• Stay updated on relevant industry trends and continuously refine your expertise.
• Contribute to a dynamic team environment by supporting colleagues and fostering a collaborative workplace culture.

What do you bring:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or AX), either in an internal role or as a consultant.
• Relevant educational background and certifications in Dynamics 365 or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated capability in managing international implementation projects.
• Expertise in configuring Dynamics 365 SCM modules, with a focus on finance (required); additional knowledge in areas like fraud protection, supply chain, warehouse management, or e-commerce is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and service-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Dependable, detail-oriented team player with a proactive attitude towards learning and growth.
