On behalf of our client, a leading global pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a Junior to Professional candidate who has a background in pharma manufacturing or IT environment with first MES experience and First Level Support experience. First CSV and Software Development experience would be very helpful for the tasks to do.
General Information:
- Start date: ASAP
- latest Start Date: 01.04.2023, 3 months notice
- End date: 12 months
- Extension: possible
- Workplace: Basel
- Workload: 100%
- Remote/Home Office: hybrid but on-site work needed
- on call duty work 24/7 rotation of 5, at least 1 per month (ca. one week), additional payment for on call time (calculation in Chat explained)
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Implementation and validation of systems and IT processes in the manufacturing area
- Production master recipe modelling and testing including master data management
- 1st Level Support incl. 24x7 stand by duty / on-call
- Support of Projects
- Data Analytics and Reporting
- Close collaboration with internal and external partners like Business, Informatics, Engineering and Suppliers
Must Haves:
- bachelor's degree in informatics, engineering, or any similar environment
- 2 -5 years of experience working in manufacturing with MES with GxP, preferred in the pharmaceutical industry
- Hands- on experience in specifying, configuring, testing and documenting of systems and applications
- Experience in First Level Support, preferred for the MES System and Software (e.g. Pharma suite)
- First CSV Experience and software development and data management experience
- Fluency in German and English (min. B2 Level)
- Self-reliant, resilient, flexible and have a high service orientation
- Good technical understanding with good-networked thinking
- Good communication skills
