The role will be responsible for overseeing and organizing business activities as well as leading data cleansing cycles and the data migration process in the Warehouse area.

The perfect candidate:
The local Master Data Lead ensures that all local Warehouse activities and commitments related to data migration are carried out according to the global program.
Data Migration Strategy and Methodology are effectively executed. The local Master Data Lead (Warehouse P2FRA) works closely with functional areas, local SMEs and Business Data Content Owners to ensure that local activities are fully compliant with governance.

  • Workplace: Basel
  • Workload: 100%
  • Remote/Home Office: 3 days on site, 2 days HO possible

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or relevant work experience
  • More than 5 years of practical experience in the GxP environment of the pharmaceutical industry, e.g. as Test
  • Lead, Validation Lead, System Owner and/or Migration Lead
  • Expert knowledge in Master Data Lifecycle Management, e.g. System Owner
  • Proven experience and success in leading workstreams in complex projects, combined with the projects, combined with the ability to meet demanding timelines and work in a complex environment
  • Experience in project management in global/virtual teams
  • Good knowledge of SAP MDG, S/4 HANA. Solution Manager are a plus
  • Strong analytical thinking, results-oriented team player and ability to prioritize and organize work effectively,

  • Deep knowledge and extensive experience in GxP and CSV
  • German and fluency in English at C-level (written and oral) is a must

  • Excellent communication skills. The role requires clear direction at local level, but also global/superordinate involvement and direct communication
