Experis IT is on the search for a Group Legal Specialist to join one of their clients, a well-known manufacturing company based in Switzerland. Duration: 6 months - chance of contract extension
Location: Remote from EU
Workload percentage: 100%
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on various project-related issues, including contractual interpretation and claims handling.
- Support lead lawyers in related litigations, acting in a supporting role.
- Draft a wide range of legal documents pertaining to project business, such as settlement agreements, minutes, and take-over certificates.
- Act as a substitute when team lawyers are unavailable.
Your Skills:
- A general commercial lawyer with a profound understanding of claims management, contracts, and global project business, preferably in a turn-key delivery setting (industrial equipment and goods).
- Demonstrated business acumen and proficiency in engaging with business stakeholders.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of independently leading legal projects.
- Experience in integrity and compliance matters is advantageous.
- Minimum 8-12 years of relevant job experience in core activities.
- Working language: English. Working knowledge of French is a plus but not mandatory.
