Legal Counsel - Zurich

Experis IT Switzerland is on the search for a Legal Counsel to join an existing Swiss Legal Department at a well-known firm. This exciting contracting opportunity is only open to candidates with relevant experience, who are available to start in a short notice.

Location: Zürich

Start Date: November 1st 2021

Duration: 6 months with further option of extension

Workload: 100% workload

Key responsibilities:

• Assist plants with legal support for all day to day matters
• Support on setting up Procurement Processes and standard implementation
• Act as interface to the Biologics-Operational Unit
• Day to day legal counseling, drafting and negotiation for all types of Procurement contracts incl. also templates
• Develop standard clauses for your templates within your remit
• Work in collaboration with colleagues from business unit, Procurement and the Legal Department
• On demand, coordinate and oversee cases with external law firms
• Drive relevant projects or dedicated tasks

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Law or successful completion of studies or certification as Paralegal/Legal
• Qualified lawyer in at least one European jurisdiction
• You bring minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience
• 2 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally supporting manufacturing
• Strong knowledge in civil law and contract law, additional business qualifications are a plus
• First experience with strongly regulated environments, technical agreements and/or cGMP
• Strong verbal and written communication, research, organizational as well as analytical skills
• Team player
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills with an ability to influence others
• Flexible, decisive, assertive, proactive, committed and reliable
• Fluent (spoken and written) in English, any further European language is an asset
