Overview of contract

On behalf of our client, a large bank in Switzerland, we are looking for a Trust Administrator in Wealth Planning.

Location: Zurich

Start date: ASAP

End date: 31.10.2024

Main responsibilities

  • Organize transfer of companies to new providers
  • Liase with Register Agents for the transfer of shareholders and directorships
  • Repaper accounts in relation to transfer
  • Maintain the database up to date.
  • Draft documentation such as letters and resolutions
  • Liaise with our client's Relationship Managers and Wealth Planners
  • Various additional administrative tasks to support Trust Officers in daily business (such as set up / close structures, account openings, transfer of life insurance policies, filing and scanning)

Your skills:

  • Some experience in trust administration, STEP qualified is a plus
  • Fluent in English (must) and German (would be an advantage)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good communication skills
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, flexible and organized person
  • Proactive and service oriented
  • Must be a team player
  • Fluent in both German & English
