Junior Project Manager- Communication & Change Management - 12 months

Experis is currently supporting our client, a global powerhouse in the technology sector with progressive values and ambitious plans, with their search for a junior PM with prior experience leading communication & change management projects. I'm looking for you: a junior profile (2+ years is sufficient), fluent English + German and having prior experience in change management/communication projects. What is it you'll have to do?

You will support our client's local Swiss operations and will:

• Organize and execute several high-visibility events for our client's partner ecosystem
• Collaborate at both a local and regional level within the business to assist in building and executing change management plans
• Collect key findings from both internal and external stakeholders
• Create and execute a communication and change management framework
• Manage stakeholders across the business
• Draft, review and finalize PowerPoint decks, emails as well as external partner communications for our client's target groups

Your specific background:

• Strong communicator and stakeholder management skills
• You excel at networked thinking and working independently is your forte
• Taking into consideration the junior aspect of the role, 2 years of experience as a project manager is sufficient, with a preference given to those coming from the technology sector
• PMI certified
• Languages: English +German: both fluent
