Junior Client Service Specialist (6-month Contract)

Overview of the position:
For our client, a large bank in Zurich, we are looking for a Junior Client Service Specialist to join a fun and vibrant team.

This is a contract from January until June 2024.

Main responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with all aspects of the corporate client onboarding process to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain a high level of efficiency and accuracy throughout the client's onboarding process.
• Manage the complete set of account opening documents with a strong emphasis on accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct thorough reviews of client data and agreements with focus on the individual terms and conditions and assessment of client as per AML/KYC regulations.

Your expertise:

• A degree in Banking / Business / Economics / Finance
• 1-2 years of work experience, ideally in a bank environment
• Be familiar with workflow applications to handle AML/KYC assessment
• Be familiar with AML/KYC regulations; ideally in Switzerland and/or United States
• Affinity to legal documentation. Ideally asset management contracts
• Ability to summarize contractual requirements
• Passionate about the client experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A proactive team player with a successful track record in a demanding and dynamic environment analytic, with the ability to provide practical solutions a multitasker
• Business fluent in English, any additional languages a plus
