Experis IT Switzerland is currently looking for an IT Supporter specialist to join one of our clients. I am looking for you: Level 2 IT Supporter, with excellent Microsoft Office and Networking skills.
Location: Genève
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 1 year
You will support our client by:
* Providing Level 1 & Level 2 IT Support for end users, troubleshooting hardware, software and network problems
* Providing a general IT Support to stakeholders, customers and carrying out the IT onboarding process for new employees
* Supporting internal team and network administration primarily to the Zurich office
* Identifying opportunities for technological productivity improvements and providing recommendations on IT solutions
Your specific background:
- 2+ years Service Desk/Helpdesk/Technical Support experience
- Bachelor's degree or work experience in Technical Support environments
- Fluent English (French is a plus)
