Location: Bern or 100% Home Office in CH

Workload percentage: 100%

Key Responsibilities:

• You create the business and IT requirements for the new wireless IT system.
• You identify the needs of the departments, analyse the existing business processes, create use cases, model business object models.
• You work closely with the experts, subject managers and the development team and understand both the business context and the IT world.
• You will also be able to describe the IT requirements together with the IT Business Analysts.
• You work in an agile environment and are able to moderate and lead workgroups.

Your Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in this field.
• Degree (FH/HF) in business informatics or equivalent professional experience.
• In-depth knowledge of business analysis and related methods and techniques (minimum knowledge of BABOK and IIBA CPAB certification or equivalent experience is a must).
• Experience in modelling business and IT requirements (use cases, business object models, activity, and sequence diagrams, etc.)
• Experience in project coordination and group moderation.
• Excellent oral and written expression as well as communication skills in German
