Duration: 6 months - chance of contract extension

Location: Zürich, chance to work fully remote within the Swiss borders

Workload percentage: 100%

Key Responsibilities:

• You ensure adherence to IS gate model and gate passing assurance but also to coach project managers to work in an efficient and effective way
• You ensure all projects are assessed according to Project Assessment Standards
• You report global IS Projects risk and health status to all stakeholders involved
• This position will contribute towards ensuring adherences to the IS Gate model, compliance standards and enhance reporting transparency to Project/ Portfolio performance. It provides support and guidance on portfolio, program and project management processes, procedures, tools and techniques.

Your Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in practicing Project Assessment and portfolio performance reporting activities
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as IT Project Manager
• Overall 10 years of experience
• Expert knowledge on IS Project Gate model and Governance framework
• ITIL certificated preferred
• Experience in coaching of small and middle-sized groups
• Advanced knowledge about different (project) reporting methods & tools
• Good understanding about iPPM (Project Management tool) or other Project Management Tools
• Excellent understanding of Project Data structure and Data quality requirements
• Strong experience in Traditional and Agile Project management
• PMP or Prince 2 practitioner certified
• Project Assessment certified or similar level
• Project Management level 2 and Agile Certified recommended or similar levels
• Extended skills in providing feedback
• Active listening skills & critical thinking skills
• Advanced problem-solving skills
