We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Information Security Specialist (CISO) on behalf of our client, a leading company in the wheel manufacturing industry. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the security and integrity of a global enterprise, ensuring that their information assets are protected in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

Contract type: Permanent position

Location: Härkingen, Switzerland

Work model: Hybrid (Home office by agreement)

Workload: 80-100%

Responsibilities

• Manage and further develop the Information Security Management System (ISMS) according to TISAX in close collaboration with various business units.
• Provide technical leadership for the information security organization at the group level, including local information security coordinators across all subsidiaries.
• Implement a robust security architecture that includes both preventive and reactive security controls.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate information security risks through comprehensive threat and vulnerability assessments (BIA, RIA, PNA).
• Develop and implement group-wide guidelines and processes for information security.
• Lead projects aimed at enhancing the overall level of information security across the group.
• Provide coaching and consultation to business units on all matters related to information security.
• Contribute to and ensure readiness for information security audits, ensuring compliance within your area of responsibility.
• Support subsidiaries with information security queries during audits.
• Deploy group-wide information security awareness campaigns.

Requirements:

• Higher education (Bachelor's or Master's degree) in information security, with additional training in IT security being a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an information security role, preferably within an international manufacturing environment (TISAX or ISO27001 certification preferred).
• Strong technical background with practical knowledge of IT security solutions.
• Project management certification is advantageous (IPMA, PMI, Prince2, Scrum).
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Hands-on, collaborative mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent analytical thinking and conceptual abilities.
• Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 10-20%).
