Your Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting periods in all SAP instances around the globe
• Drive error resolution in the AIF Monitor (transaction interface)
• Maintain Data and Consolidation monitors
• Update leasetool with FX rates, Discount Rates etc
• Support in user access requests

• Update and maintain Data Collection Forms
• Develop new Data Collection forms to meet groups reporting requirements
• Implement and upkeep of consolidation and validation rules
• Work closely with users to further enhance and improve SAP Central Finance and Group Reporting

• Support colleagues around the world in Global Finance (HQ), Accounting teams in SSC and Controlling teams around the world
• Support in training to new users and on roll out of new functionalities of the SAP Central Finance and Group Reporting modules
• Onboard new companies to the Central finance and Group Reporting platform

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT-Systems or Finance
• 3 years of experience in system development
• strong analytical skills and knowledge of IFRS
• Good team player with hands-on attitude and high service orientation
• A flexible, initiative and open-minded personality, reliable and self-driven
• Good communication skills in English a must, any other language an advantage
• Self-starter who is eager to learn and happy to take initiatives
• Fluent in English
• Experience in the following system:
  • Consolidation Software (Preferably SAP Central Finance/Group Reporting)
  • Visual Basic (Pre)
  • SQL Database (Pre)
  • Analysis for office
